Sponsorship Sales Representative (Commission-Based)

Bushwick Film Festival (BFF) is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Sponsorship Sales Representative to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in sponsorship sales, brand partnerships, or media sales who is passionate about film, culture, and community.

What You'll Be Doing
You will be responsible for sourcing and closing new sponsorship partnerships for Bushwick Film Festival. This includes identifying prospective sponsors, conducting outreach, presenting our media kit, negotiating agreements, and closing deals.

Who We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, brand partnerships, media sales, or experiential marketing
Proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a commission-based role
Passion for film, culture, independent media, or the nonprofit space is a strong plus
Existing relationships with brand marketing or partnership teams is a major plus
Experience working with festivals, nonprofits, or cultural institutions is preferred but not required
