Client Services Team Member
We are looking to hire an Office PA to assist our operations team. This would be a great opportunity to learn how the post world operates and to meet exciting people in the industry! We like to think of Burnish as a hotel in the post production world. Our clients rent out edit bays and producer desks, your job is to make sure they have a 5 star experienceduring their stay.
There are many different things that come up each day, but our main focus:

These are the qualities we are looking for:
1. Self Motivated
You can complete and initiate tasks on your own. Eager to complete tasks and identify things that need addressing without supervision. This could be small things like knowing when to check to more hospitality oriented by anticipating a coffee run for a client without them requesting one.
You need to love people and make others feel extremely welcome. This is a client centric business so you need to make sure each and everyone you meet feels at home and that you are at ease around the office.
3. Organized & Detail Oriented
Organization is key. The more orderly things are, the more productive everyone will be. We are all about presentation. We have a pleasant atmosphere that we need to maintain and something as little as keeping snacks and fruits stocked and looking pretty help maintain that image.
There is cleaning involved! There's nothing worse than a dirty office and kitchen. You should take initiative to clean anything and everything you feel needs a little more TLC.
5. Great Time Management
With so many things to do and accomplish in a day this person needs to know how to manage their time and make sure important tasks are completed on time. Each task should have an allotted time space in your day and this person should be able to push themselves to complete and go above and beyond for all tasks.
6. Get the Job Done Right
The ability to complete a task and complete it with 100% accuracy is key. There needs to be a drive for perfection with all tasks performed.
We are looking for someone willing to help with whatever needs to be done, and just as importantly someone with a thirst for learning and a passion to work in the industry. Previous customer service experience is preferred.
This is a full-time temporary position. We get our busiest during the summer months and need extra help. This is only for 3 Months but if you show interest in growing with our company then there is potential for a permanent position.
