Executive Assistant to Founder and CEO of Buppie Productions
We are looking for a hungry forward thinking person, eager to expand their knowledge of the entertainment industry and make their mark in the game.

Must have a passion for film and television, up to speed on industry news and love of pop culture and trends.
This is a demanding and fast-moving position that requires someone who is able to exercise good judgment and take initiative, you are more than detail oriented, you are literally obsessed with details, you're 5 steps ahead of the game and you always go above and beyond.
We have a dream job for the right self-motivated and quick-thinking individual. We are a small team that loves to have a good time while growing rapidly.
Responsibilities :
Provide general administrative support that includes, managing an executive's daily schedules, setting up meetings, responding to timely requests, and taking meeting notes.
Coordinate travel arrangements and other administrative duties.
Read incoming scripts, provide coverage and log submissions.
Give in depth analysis of scripts, treatments and original IP, along with notes and sound opinions.
Proofread and edit scripts and other documents.
Write one-pagers, outlines and treatments with guidance from the team.
Create visual decks for projects.
Basic Qualifications :
Proven ability to multitask and work independently with little direction and follow up, in a team environment, with changing priorities
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Critical thinking & problem-solving skills
Able to present information in a confident, well-articulated, creative and engaging manner.
Passion for learning, eagerness to be a team player and a positive attitude
Ability to be discreet and maintain confidential information
Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly
Proficiency in Google Suit, Powerpoint and Final Draft.
Minimum of 1-year administrative assistant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
2-3 years or more as an assistant in a fast-paced corporate setting or broader Studio/Entertainment Industry experience is preferred.
B.A., B.S., in film, communications or other relevant degree.
Proficiency in Photoshop and graphic design.
