Part Time Job
Bunim/Murray Productions, producers of such shows as The Real World, Born This Way, Keeping up with the Kardashians, and many more… is currently seeking a temporary Business and Legal Affairs Coordinator to start Monday February 25th. This is a temporary position that will last approximately 4 months.
List of tasks/duties for Coordinator in the Business & Legal Unit:
General
• Working cross-functionally within the business unit and coordinating with other departments to improve communication and efficiencies
• Drafting department documents, releases, and agreements as needed under attorney or other executive supervision
• Organizing and maintaining departmental documents and filing systems (physical and electronic)
• Willingness to handle additional tasks as necessary
Business & Legal Affairs
• Organize legal file systems (physical and on server)
• Track and update various spreadsheets regarding deal terms, rights, options, and credits
• Manage, maintain, and update all legal forms
• Assist production attorneys with day-to-day legal matters under attorney supervision
Legal Clearance
• Track and update various spreadsheets regarding calendars and project-specific clearances
• Review programs for clearance issues
• Organize Development Binders
• Update, organize and maintain production releases for clearance needs
