Bunim Murray Productions, producers of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, The Challenge, Total Divas, Born this Way, Ball in the Family, The Real World and more located in Glendale is currently seeking a temporary Executive Coordinator to support two Creative Executives from approximately 2/19/20 - 3/13/20.
We are seeking someone with at least 6 months to a year experience on a busy entertainment industry desk; an Agency, Talent Management Company, Entertainment Company, Network or Studio. The individual will be responsible for all administrative support including, but not limited to:
• Manage multiple executive calendars, coordinate meetings with internal and external individuals and network assistants as requested, working closely with agencies to book pitches, follow-up and reports.
• Coordinate all travel both International and Domestic, preparing expense reports & PO's.
• Create and edit decks and sizzle reels using Pages, Photoshop, Keynote and/or PowerPoint. Strong creative layout and design ability as well as deck writing experience needed.
• Serve as a resource to the team, comfortable working with development grids, social media, databases and spreadsheets.
• Research potential show ideas including viable talent, buyers, demographic, etc.
• Prepare Pitch materials, manage contact lists.
• Candidate will interact with many industry professionals, senior executives within the company, and occasionally high-profile talent,'so confidentiality is a MUST
• Interest and knowledge in documentaries and experience creating pitch decks are a must.
• On set production experience a plus.
• Investigative Journalism research experience preferred.
