Head of B8 Services + production

Role Overview: The Head of B8 Services + Production is ultimately accountable for all managerial and operational duties of the EP Services and Production divisions on Buffalo 8

Note: This job position is full-time and we're able to accommodate remote work.

Managerial
• Lead the EP Services division through scheduling of clients in the EP Services script coverage and document creation calendars.

• Maintain client relationships, lead client conversations, and maintain a professional demeanor for the Company through email and phone correspondence.

• Organize the schedule and duties of any assistant(s) operating within the EP Services division.

• Maintain oversight and quality control for any documents generated for EP Services clients, whether from the Contractor's own work or from the assistant(s) with the division.

• Oversee sales, production, casting, and distribution-related discussions on behalf of EP Services clients.

• Maintain oversight on any active Company productions through either an Executive Producer or Producer role.

• Guide clients on an as-needed and best-efforts basis in developing pitch materials for the project, including advising on budget, evaluating cast & attachments, and introducing various partners, including (but not limited to) international sales agents and distributors. In addition, - ---Buffalo 8 may choose to offer additional packaging services, including but not limited to securing talent and financial partners, to select projects.

• Meet with clients in person, over-the-phone, or virtual video consultation meetings for the Project Kick-Off, Story Notes Feedback, Attachment Consultation, Production Consultation, and Wrap Report meetings.

Operations
• Create schedules, budgeting, financial modeling, and pitch deck documents for EP Services clients by utilizing current market trends, production capabilities, specifics, logistics, etc.

• Daily email and phone correspondence with active and potential EP Services clients

• Plan any of the Company's physical productions through budgeting, schedule creation, and pre-pre-production work.

• Oversee the pre-production and/or principal photography of any active Company productions.
