Key Responsibilities

Oversee the ingestion of all filmmaker deliverables, which includes collecting all required assets according to our Delivery Schedule and conducting a brief quality control review for each ingested film.
Work with a third-party QC house to ensure all assets are up to spec, and communicate any QC hits to the filmmaker to request revised files from them if needed. Clean up files in-house whenever possible.
Ensure proper and timely delivery of completed film packages to external parties, such as digital TVOD/AVOD/SVOD platforms, international buyers, film festivals, networks, DVD vendors, etc.
Provide support to filmmakers by answering delivery-related questions and being available for calls as needed.
Create and submit metadata to platforms.
Set up and oversee ingest and storage systems, ensuring that all materials for recent acquisitions/releases are secure and easy to access.
Maintain an inventory of all received and outstanding materials, and communicate and document internal rejections, acceptances, etc.
Work with third-party timed texted vendors as needed to generate or fix QC fails.
Ensure all paperwork and legal deliverables have been received, and review accordingly.
Ingest artwork deliverables and ensure all artwork is up to spec. Make minor artwork adjustments in Photoshop as needed. Internal in-house graphic designers are available to support.
