We are a Fun, Fast-Paced Entertainment Advertising Company looking for an EXPERIENCED, PROBLEM SOLVING, DETAIL-ORIENTED Post Production Coordinator to work on Theatrical, Broadcast, Streaming, and Video Game projects.
Job Description
Day to day responsibilities will include:
• Manage downloading QTs and files from many platforms, using a variety of login credentials
• Create Posting links for client across multiple services, quality check all content with Producer(s)
• Coordinate with Producers, Associate Producers, Creative Managers, and Assistant Editors
• Oversee ingestion of assets to servers
• Coordinate with finishing team
• Coordinate delivery of assets
• File conversions when needed
• Maintain asset/vaulting database for incoming and outgoing assets
• Manage storage of offline cuts
• Set up and take down fiber/flex lines to studios
• Handle stock footage searches
• Uploading finishing preps to finishing houses
• Book voiceover sessions as needed
• Create daily sent spots list and nightly wrap up
Qualifications
Candidate must have the following qualifications to be considered:
• 2+ years of professional post production experience
• Experience in Theatrical marketing preferred
• Knowledge of AVID offline/online workflows
• Understanding of shared area network storage (Nexis)
• Understanding of file and tape based deliveries
• Understanding of frame rates, conversions, and codecs
• Ability to communicate successfully with others
• Must be very detailed oriented
• Must be prompt and have ability to respond and prioritize quickly
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills
• Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Must be self-motivated, proactive and driven
