Talent Payment Coordinator

Buchwald is looking to hire a highly organized and efficient Talent Payment Coordinator in the New York office. This position will coordinate and manage incoming client payment for a busy Bi-Costal agency.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for tracking payments for numerous clients
• Ensure clients are paid in accordance with Talent contracts
• Must coordinate with clients and internal personnel to get needed information
• Responsible for pursuing and securing collection of payments to and from clients
• Work closely with various entertainment industry person(s)
• Be an active collaborative problem solver driven to create solutions and systems to support the needs of the agency and specific departments
• Be able to prioritize projects based upon the needs of the department and company as a whole
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree Required
• 1-3 years office experience, entertainment industry preferred
• Proficient computer skills
• Impeccable attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Must work well in a team environment and be highly organized
• Excellent communication and social skills
• Great people skills and must be flexible enough to work with different personalities
• Pro-active and responsible
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Industry or payment experience a plus
