This is a Part Time Paid Internship
Buchwald is seeking an eager & motivated IT Support Intern to join our team and help provide technical assistance to our staff. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience supporting both Windows and Mac environments in a professional setting.
This is a part-time internship position. Internships are ~24 hours per week, Tuesday through Thursday, and in-office unless otherwise noted.
Responsibilities:
• Provide first-line technical support for Windows and Mac users
• Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• Help set up and configure new computers, peripherals, and accounts
• Support the IT team with day-to-day tasks and projects
Qualifications:
• Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to handle complex instructions with care and follow-through.
• Must be an excellent multi-tasker and have proven problem-solving abilities.
• Must have a friendly, open demeanor with ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Must be able to adapt to changes and work in a fast paced, demanding environment.
• Must be dependable and proactive.
• Must be able to prioritize the workload and use time efficiently.
