ABOUT THE POSITION:
Buchwald is seeking a dynamic Branding & Digital Content Agent to represent and expand our roster of digital-first talent, creators, and influencers. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive growth for both clients and the agency, with a focus on brand partnerships, digital campaigns, and monetization opportunities. As someone deeply immersed in digital culture and the evolving creator economy, you will be a key player in shaping Buchwald’s presence in the branding and digital content space.
General Responsibilities:
• Represent and manage a roster of digital-first talent, influencers, and creators.
• Source and secure brand partnerships, sponsorships, and collaboration opportunities across entertainment, fashion, lifestyle, tech, and other sectors.
• Negotiate and structure deals, ensuring favorable terms for clients.
• Develop and execute branding and digital content strategies tailored to individual client goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, platforms, and key industry stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and emerging talent to identify new business opportunities.
• Guide clients on best practices for content, brand alignment, and audience engagement.
• Oversee the execution of branded campaigns to ensure deliverables meet client, partner, and legal standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Film/TV, etc.) to integrate digital talent opportunities across the agency.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, advising clients on optimization and growth strategies.
• Maintain accurate deal records, client portfolios, and financial tracking for transparency and reporting
Essential Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in talent representation, branding, influencer marketing, or digital content strategy.
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing brand or talent deals.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, podcasts, etc.) and creator monetization models.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with brands, agencies, and creators.
• Ability to identify and nurture emerging digital talent.
• Solid organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt to fast-changing trends and client needs.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing tools, campaign reporting, and performance metrics.
• A creative, forward-thinking approach to building client brands and agency business.
COMPENSATION
The base salary rate for this position is in the range of $80,000 -$150,000. This position also is eligible for full-time employee benefits. Ultimately, wages may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, client list, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
