Assistant To SVP Of Talent, LA

Buchwald is looking to hire a highly motivated Assistant to SVP of Talent, in the Los Angeles office. Candidates need to be organized, ambitious, detail-oriented and computer savvy. Must be able to multi-task, handle a heavy volume of calls and possess excellent interpersonal skills. This is an entry-level position that requires initiative while learning on the job. Interest in becoming a talent agent is essential.

Position Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:
• Previous talent agency experience is very helpful.
• Desire to become an agent, as we prefer to develop and promote from within.
• Knowledge of InEntertainment, and Breakdown Express is a plus but not required.
• Excellent written & communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Proficient with PC, Microsoft Office Suite (including Teams and OneDrive), Zoom, and DocuSign.
• Ability to comfortably interact with high profile clients and to use high level of discretion/confidentiality.
• Nimble and flexible, in order to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• A self-starter with the ability to think proactively.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary: $21-22 per hour plus overtime
