Job Title: AI Researcher Intern

The Role
We're looking for someone who is genuinely obsessed with problem-solving, not just identifying problems, but getting into them, breaking them apart, and building something better on the other side. You'll work directly with the team on live production projects from day one.
This is not a fetch-coffee internship.
What You'll Do
Assist in developing and testing AI-assisted creative workflows
Build, iterate and improve tools and pipelines using AI platforms
Contribute ideas and solutions across active client projects
Research and experiment with emerging tools and bring back what works
What We're Looking For
Hands-on experience with AI creative tools: Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, Comfy UI or equivalent
A problem-solver by nature, you don't wait for answers, you go find them.
Autonomous and fast, you figure things out, you don't wait to be told.
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program (design, computer science, film, media or related)
Based in LA or able to work in-person
Nice to Have
Experience in animation, 3D, or video production
