This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship
Our Van Nuys-based production company is looking for a visual-engineering intern for the Fall semester. This position is part time. Excellent opportunity for the right candidate to learn the practical skills of engineering, and it's role in filmmaking.
Duties include:
-Assisting with the prep and assembly of rigs using pneumatic devices, stepper motors, circuit boards, ect.
-Errands, organization, and other general office duties.
-Performing research for production projects.
Requirements:
-Strong interest in DIY building.
-Positive attitude and ability to multitask.
-Excellent organizational and communication skills.
-Motivated self-starter.
-Professional, friendly phone demeanor.
-''No job is too small'' attitude.
• Need a reliable car.
Office Hours: 9:00 am -- 6:00 pm Monday - Friday.
