Intern - Design

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Bubba's LA is a creative content studio with an emphasis on motion design and animation. We've been creating award-winning visuals for over 10 years, while developing a reputation for distinct storytelling and a design-forward approach.

The work we do includes a broad range of 2D and 3D projects. Our 2D projects involve everything from motion graphics to cel animation. Our 3D work is done primarily in Cinema 4D, but we have been expanding into Unreal and Houdini.

We are looking for a Design Intern who wants to expand their creative thinking into the marketing and post-production fields. They would learn how a project comes together from creative conception to final delivery - and be able to create work they can then use in their portfolios in the future. Our goal is to equip every intern with the skills and real-world experience they will need to get ahead in this competitive field.

Duties include:
Creating and collaborating on ideas for social media posts and current projects
Pitching decks to the Creative Director
Building and publishing social posts
Performing research for live production and digital spots
Learning the ins and outs of the post-production world
Following along with professional artist work on projects
Errands, organization, and other general office duties.

Requirements:
Strong interest in learning the ins and outs of a digital design agency
Positive attitude and ability to multitask
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative suite
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Motivated self-starter
Professional, friendly phone demeanor
''No job is too small'' attitude
Interest in Motion Design is a big plus
A willingness to learn ping pong

Internship is looking to start Summer 2025 and end in Fall 2025.
