Intern - Creative Studio Production

We are looking for an intern who wants to expand their skills and learn everything that goes into producing creative content. They would learn how a project comes together from creative conception to final delivery - and be able to produce work they can then use in their portfolios in the future. Our goal is to equip every intern with the skills and real-world experience they will need to get ahead in this competitive field.
This is an in-person Summer 2026 part-time internship, with up to 20 hours per week. Please note that this position does not include housing or relocation support.
Duties may include:
• Shadowing producers to learn everything that goes into running a small, creative studio
• Creating and collaborating on ideas for current projects, social media posts, and office workflows
• Conducting research for current and upcoming projects
• Learning the ins and outs of the animation, live-action, and post-production pipelines
• Helping organize files, references, and project materials
• Assisting with website updates and other studio-facing materials as needed
• Following along with professional artists as they work on our projects
• Assisting with general administrative and studio organizational tasks
Requirements:
• Motivated self-starter with a ''no job is too small'' can-do attitude
• Strong interest in learning the ins and outs of a digital design agency
• Brings a positive attitude and contributes to a supportive team environment
• Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Working knowledge of the Google Workspace
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, but not required
• Professional and friendly in person, over email, and on Zoom
• Reliable transportation
• Available to work in person at our studio in Burbank for the duration of the internship

This is an unpaid internship, and applicants must be able to receive college credit.

Bubba's LA is a creative content studio with an emphasis on motion design and animation. We've been creating award-winning visuals for over 10 years, while developing a reputation for distinct storytelling with a design-forward approach.
The work we do includes a broad range of 2D, 3D, AI, and tabletop live-action projects. Our 2D work spans everything from motion graphics to character animation. Our 3D work is done primarily in Cinema 4D, though we have also been expanding into Unreal and Houdini. Our AI work includes projects that begin with AI-generated visuals and are then elevated through compositing and VFX clean-up to create polished final pieces. We also have an in-house tabletop studio where we shoot everything from slow-motion beverage spots to broadcast main title sequences.
