The candidate must be able to multi-task, possess excellent writing and verbal skills, be highly organized, efficient, punctual, motivated and willing to work occasional off-hours (evening and/or weekend events).

Job Description:
• Maintaining artist files/assets - including photos, bios, database of press contacts, etc
• Compiling & circulating daily reports with press recaps to all client teams
• Design press materials (press kits, quote sheets, and daily breaking press clips) - Photoshop and Canva experience is a big plus
• Coordinate and maintain the principal's calendar & schedule
• Handling monthly staff expenses
• Assisting with national and regional tour press once established in the position
• Drafting of PR materials such as press releases, pitches & media alerts
• Coordinate BT PR's internship program and responsible for the hiring and training of interns each semester
• Great growth potential for an ambitious candidate seeking long-term publicist role
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Mac computers
