Production Support

The Production Support role is a gig-based contract position that assists with show production. Responsibilities may include a Runner or VIP Assistant role, and assignments are based on show needs.

• Production Runner: The Production Runner is a crucial part of the show's operation, executing time-sensitive tasks and managing critical errands. Discretion and confidentiality are essential qualities for this role.
Responsibilities may include:
• Managing the delivery of food, beverages, equipment, and other production-related items
• Running errands to retrieve items from local stores, vendors, hotels, and airports
• Manages cash and receipts throughout the day, ensuring accurate record-keeping
• VIP Assistant: The VIP Assistant is essential to ensuring a flawless and private experience for guests who purchase VIP packages. Friendliness and exceptional customer service are crucial for success in this role.
Responsibilities may include:
• Assisting with VIP preparation, on-site setup, and post-event duties
• Coordinating the load-in and load-out of design elements and props
• Helping with the assembly and dismantling of various equipment
• Managing VIP areas and activations, including check-in, escorting guests, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the visit

To be considered for Production Support, please have the following:
Required Qualifications:
• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid, proper government-issued Driver's License. An exceptional driving record is required.
• Availability for late and extended hours is a must.
• A flexible schedule, as assignments may be given with as little as a week's notice
• The individual should be highly communicative and punctual
• Familiar with the Bossier City area, ability to swiftly navigate local restaurants, shops, etc.

Preferred Background:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a positive, people-oriented environment
• Prior experience in a live entertainment environment or comparable role

Note:
This role provides essential support for production. As a Production Support team member, you will be assigned to either a Runner or VIP Assistant role, based on the specific needs of each show. You should be prepared and willing to perform either of these duties, as your assignment may change from one show to the next.
This is a gig-based/contract position and reports directly to the Event Manager. Please note that you may not receive your work assignment until as late as two weeks before an event, or there is a possibility that no positions are available for others. Candidates must be fully prepared and willing to accept last-minute assignments.
