This is a Full Time Job
Under general direction and supervision, this position is responsible for handling, preparing and executing all elements of the Brooklyn Nets game experience and, in addition, will provide superior customer service to all new and current Brooklyn Nets ticket holders. The incumbent will ensure all clients are satisfied with their Barclays Center and other affiliated properties’ experience, and is responsible for addressing special requests and responding to issues/complaints as they arise. This position is part-time, but will require late nights and open availability for a majority of the Brooklyn Nets home games and events in addition to some Barclays Center events.

II. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provides administrative support and coordinates for game contests to include selecting contestants;
• Greets and escorts patrons to seating and other areas to ensure a safe and enjoyable game experience;
• Works closely with other facilities’ employees and Brooklyn Nets Game Night Staff and assists when needed;
• Serves as a host on game nights in Brooklyn Nets hospitality areas;
• Assists with season ticket holder related functions may include: Season Ticket Holder Day, luncheons or dinners, facility events, team-related events and game night events;
• Participates in all other special projects/project team(s) as assigned, to support department/company objectives;
• Performs other duties as requested by the Sr. Director, VIP Services.
III. QUALIFICATIONS
The qualifications listed below represent the credentials necessary to perform the essential functions of this position. A. Education and/or Experience
• 1-2 years experience in a customer service role;
• Previous experience in athletics and media relations is strongly preferred.

• Must be a punctual, flexible and reliable team player, able to work late nights and weekends;
• Must possess exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal);

IV. WORKING CONDITIONS
A. Travel Requirements
This position may require travel up to 5%.
B. Physical Demands
This position requires the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
C. Work Environment
The incumbent splits time between Corporate Headquarters and on occasion the Barclays Center Arena. He/she will be expected to attend Brooklyn Nets games at the Barclays Center, as well as other events that may take place on weekends and/or holidays.
