Summary
We are seeking a Ticketing Manager for Broadway Across America in its Southeast Florida Region to oversee ticketing operations in the Fort Lauderdale, Miami and Orlando markets. The Ticketing Manager must be based in the Fort Lauderdale area and may be required to be onsite at our partnering venue(s) for performances and engagements.
Duties and Responsibilities
Overall Management-
Manage all aspects of ticketing and event management, season ticket holder/group sales support, service and communication for assigned Broadway Across America markets.
Day-to-day operations; project coordination; operational communication; service support and reporting.
Ensure that all operational issues in the implementation of season and single events are complete and consistent with standards developed for Broadway Across America.
This position is a primary ticketing communicator for the market's Regional Executive, Marketing Director, Group Sales Manager, Service Center, local ticketing entity, and production company personnel.
Ticketing and Event Management-
Participate in the creation of the operational timeline and manage all aspects of it.
Participate in planning and development of all projects to be supported by the Service Center.
Develop and execute the event creation and event maintenance on ticketing systems.
Manage all operational systems/applications regarding season ticket renewal and new acquisition programs, as well as continuing development for single ticket sales.
Communicate event creation to necessary parties; thoroughly check events to ensure they are created correctly on the ticketing system.
Prepare season and single ticket events to go on sale.
Provide the processes and applications to service center for season ticket renewal and new acquisition.
Monitor processing and fulfillment (assisting when needed) of renewals and new acquisitions, followed by sending receipt of order confirmations.
Process upgrades/changes associated with season renewals and send out seat confirmation letters.
Manage inventory during the life cycle of each event.
Manage aspects of dynamic pricing and inventory management protocol in collaboration with Regional Executive, Regional Sales Operations Manager and New York Operations.
Monitor sales activities, providing daily, weekly and monthly reports as needed.
Oversee ticket printing and distribution on both season tickets and individual ticket mailings.
Oversee ticket printing and distribution of promotional and trade tickets including actual mailing/texting/transferring of tickets to partners in a timely manner.
Fulfillment of ticketing requirements for donors, sponsors, VIPs and promotions.
Help manage relationships with ticket donation partner(s).
Manage, and assist with, when needed, the fulfillment of season benefits: additional tickets, exchanges, priority offers, etc.
Development of Box Office Statement for performances.
May assist with Box Office settlements for Broadway Across America events.
Keep venue involved by notifying them of all shows, assigning allotments, managing the inventory for the life of event, and having consistent service policies.
Maintain market data in BAA's internal platform.
Maintain and Monitor information on BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com and follow through on inconsistencies of market information for assigned markets.
Help manage escalated Customer Service issues.
Reporting: Prepare and send out daily ticket counts for both individual shows and season sales; prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, as assigned; generate special reporting, as required.
Work as needed at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts during performances.
Assist as needed, in all aspects of ticketing responsibilities as they pertain to the Miam and Orlando markets.
Participate in person as an ambassador for Broadway Across America at show engagements, special events for subscribers, promotional events, and other occasions as assigned by Regional Executive or Regional Sales Operations Manager.

Qualifications aka KSAOs-

Advanced knowledge of Ticketmaster Archtics preferred.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
Knowledge of Tessitura, and/or Ticketmaster Host ticketing systems a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills with acute attention to detail required.
Education and/or Experience-
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum 3 years in ticketing for the arts and/or live entertainment industries
Communication Skills-
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret detailed pricing grids.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, partners, or members of the industry.
Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels and fully execute tasks within designated deadline.
Ability to effectively present information to executives and client partners.

Ability to view and interpret sales and attendance reports to inform and advise executives and partners on pricing, scaling, and inventory management decisions.
Physical Demands-
