Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven digital marketer to join Broadway Across America's (BAA) marketing team to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Senior Manager, Digital Strategy will work with BAA's regional marketing teams, the digital marketing team based in New York, and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Support regional and New York-based marketing teams in planning and executing all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, video, audio, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Supervisory Responsibilities
The Senior Manager, Digital Strategy directly supervises four employees. The Senior Manager, Digital Strategy carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include:
• Interviewing, hiring, and training employees
• Planning, assigning, and directing work
• Appraising performance
• Rewarding and disciplining employees
• Addressing complaints and resolving problems

Qualifications

Required Skills and/or Experience
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and advertising. Theater or entertainment experience a plus
• Management experience with at least one direct report
• Keen understanding of the ad tech landscape
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Familiarity with WordPress
• Experience implementing and troubleshooting pixels
• Proficient MS Office user, especially Excel
• Comfortable in working with Google Analytics, Google Campaign Senior Manager & various social media management, monitoring and analytics tools
• Exceptional communicator with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized with the ability to lead and/or manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and recommend action plans to resolve issues
• Ability to effectively synthesize and present information and best practices to peers, leadership, and/or industry colleagues.
Additional Skills
• Knowledge of Ticketmaster, Paciolan, Tessitura and other ticketing systems
• Familiarity with Oracle Eloqua or other cross-channel marketing automation solutions
• Experience with designing reports in Tableau, Domo or other data visualization software
• Understanding of UX/UI and responsive design
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Google Ads Certification a plus
