Summary
The Operations Coordinator will provide support for BAA's national operations team, including the National Director and SVP, Operations and Labor. This is a junior level role that is heavily administrative. There are long-term growth opportunities within the role which will include added responsibilities within the department. It's a busy, hardworking but laidback environment where humor is always welcome.
Duties and Responsibilities
Draft and send e-mails and track action items and deadlines
Set up and maintain spreadsheets
Edit and organize PDFs in Adobe Pro.
Learn new business-specific software programsData Entry
Checking various materials for accuracy
Coordinate, review, and perform engagement settlements.
Special seasonal projects as needed.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to communicate with colleagues both inside and outside the company at all levels.
Ability to draft and send e-mails in MS Outlook along with follow up, as needed.

Ability to prioritize workflow based on deadlines
Ability to troubleshoot problems and find creative solutions
