Casting Assistant/Associate

This is a Full Time Job

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE SPECIFICALLY WORKING IN A CASTING OFFICE.

Broad-Cast, a fast-paced commercial casting office, seeks assistant/associate. Looking for a candidate with high attention to detail, client-ready customer service skills, and ability to think outside the box. Must be extremely organized and able to take on numerous projects at once while maintaining a positive and unruffled demeanor. MUST have experience with LA Casting (along with other breakdown sites). Editing with QuickTime and Session Operator/Camera Operation experience is a major plus. Ideal candidate will have their own car and be dog-friendly.

The duties include, but are not limited to:
• Working in close liaison with agents and clients for all their needs (producers, directors, PA's etc.)
• Talent bookings & avails
• Writing direction for auditions based on the treatment, specs, and script provided
• Oversee all casting auditions and session operators
• Updating our website and social media
• Research, planning, and outreach for all real people casting jobs
• Basic administrative duties such as answering phones, filing, copying, etc.
