As an intern at Brink Entertainment responsible for managing and curating the company's social feeds and implementing the social system, the following are the workplace requirements:
Social Media Management Skills: The intern should have a good understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, and should be able to create and curate engaging and relevant content for the Brink Entertainment social feeds.
Content Creation Skills: The intern should be able to take content ideas from conception to completion, including ideation, content creation, and publishing.
Communication Skills: The intern should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and should be able to collaborate effectively with the team and stakeholders.
Time Management Skills: The intern should be able to manage their time effectively to meet the weekly virtual meeting requirement of two hours and work independently for the other three hours.
Creative Thinking: The intern should be able to think creatively and come up with innovative ideas to promote Brink Entertainment on social media platforms.
Familiarity with Analytics: The intern should have some knowledge of social media analytics and be able to track and report on social media performance metrics.
Enthusiasm and Passion: The intern should have a passion for social media and entertainment and be eager to learn and contribute to the team's success.
Overall, the Brink Entertainment social intern should be a self-starter with a positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
• Understanding of social media platforms
• Collaborative, collegial and resourceful, willing to pitch in on a variety of social content
• Must have an appreciation for fun music and entertainment
• Passionate about proactively learning and researching new media and emerging social trends
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Premiere
