Brillstein Entertainment Partners, a high-profile management and production company, seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented assistant to support two busy talent managers. Candidate must be able to multi-task, pay attention to details, communicate effectively, and keep a calm demeanor under pressure. Will work with clients in film and television.
• Maintain busy calendar
• Schedule appointments
• Handle heavy phones
• Track money
• Coordinate travel
• Prepare detailed itineraries
• Interface with high-profile clients and top industry executives
• Handle client submissions and coordination of client schedules
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow-through in a timely manner
• Update client materials
Agency, mgmt co. or PR experience required. Must have thick skin! Strong desire to be a talent manager a plus.
