Brillstein Entertainment Partners, a high-profile management and production company, seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented assistant to support a manager/producer representing talent spanning multiple company departments. Candidate must be able to multi-task, pay attention to details, communicate effectively, willing to learn, self-start, and keep a calm demeanor under pressure. Will work with clients in television, film, comedy, and livestreaming.
Duties include:
• Maintain busy calendar
• Schedule appointments
• Track money
• Coordinate travel
• Prepare detailed itineraries
• Interface with high-profile clients and top industry executives
• Handle client submissions and coordination of client schedules
Applicants must also have a knowledge of the key industry players and must be proactive and resourceful. Strong interest in comedy and previous booking and touring experience preferred.
