Personal / Executive Assistant at Record Label
Bright Antenna Records is looking for a detail oriented Personal/Executive Assistant to join our small rockstar team. We are an independent record label in the San Francisco Bay Area with an office located in Mill Valley, CA (across the Golden Gate Bridge from San Francisco). Candidate will support both the CEO & COO, who are married.
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant highly preferred.

Job Title and Summary: Personal / Executive Assistant to CEO & COO of Record Label
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Calendaring and schedule management, including meetings, personal appointments, travel dates, etc.
· Anticipate the needs of the CEO & COO and consistently stay two steps ahead of them
· Make travel arrangements both domestic and international, including flights, hotels, car rentals, dinner reservations, and other activities
· Book dinners, hair, doctor/dentist, dog classes/vet appointments, and much more
· Plan parties and events, both personal and for the record label
· Run occasional errands
· Pay all household bills and schedule necessary household maintenance
· Various office management tasks including maintaining office supplies, breakroom snacks, watering plants, etc
· Track and code receipts for accounting purposes
· Keep shared office space organized (kitchenette, conference room, water plants, etc)
· Support CEO on author/book related business and events and promotions.
· Maintain high degree of confidentiality
· Other tasks as needed (no job too big or too small!)
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:
· Relevant prior experience is strongly preferred, particularly as a Personal or Executive Assistant
· Comfortable taking initiative and problem solving
· Great follow-through
· Excellent communication skills
· Energetic, enthusiastic, and friendly, with a can-do attitude
· Must be able to lift 35 lbs
· Having a car is a plus
· Must love dogs, especially our two office Irish Wolfhounds!
