We're looking for a driven, passionate Social Media Coordinator to support the Social Media team across all projects. This position will have an emphasis on social media monitoring, community management, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of current and emerging social platforms, a passion for entertainment, and experience in brand social media management.
Primary Duties:
Support the Social Media team on all campaigns.
Monitor and track relevant social conversations across multiple clients and alert the team to trends or shifts in sentiment.
Compile weekly community management and social sentiment recaps.
Assist with content calendar management, including asset management and copywriting.
Support the team in compiling social media analytics reports.
Keep tabs on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Participate in brainstorms and provide social-first, forward-thinking concepts.
Qualifications:
1+ year of professional social media or digital marketing experience.
Experience in community management preferred; entertainment experience a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in high-pressure situations.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines across multiple projects.
Solutions-oriented attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for details.
Proficient in G Suite.
Experience with social media monitoring and listening tools (e.g. Tweetdeck, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, etc.) a plus!
