THE JOB DESCRIPTION -

We are seeking ambitious, hungry and adventurous individuals who want to join our talent agency. We are looking to expand all of our departments; music, comedy and public speaking.

This is an ideal position for a candidate seeking a fast track to becoming a talent agent in either music, comedy or public speaking. Please do not apply for this position if you do not have a passion to become a talent agent. This is not a try it out position. We are looking for people who are excited and ready to hit the ground running. You will be given an opportunity to make real money (from day one) working with a growing boutique agency representing RISING and WELL KNOWN clients while GROWING YOUR OWN roster.

This is a remote, work-from-home position that requires organization, passion, and dependable folks who are self-motivated, self-starters. Breakpoint Booking offers a sixteen-week (16-week) proprietary on the job training program where they will learn the ''ins and outs'' of OUR booking process, terminology, contracting, invoicing, rolling calls, and everything else associated with the life of a successful agent. Talent Agents will be given all of the tools needed to succeed. This includes but is not limited to; a starter roster of clients, company email address and Google workspace account, access to CMS and contracting software, company rolodex and use of company resources including the company's assistant program.

This position is 100% commission-based. There is no base salary and no hourly pay. You will be an independent contractor responsible for your own taxes and health insurance. Commission payments happen as events play out. This is a flexible full time position that can also be worked with another full time position. Great for folks who understand the value of multiple income streams. Your earnings will increase as you grow and gain experience. The more work you can put into it the faster you will grow. Pay ranges greatly depending on YOUR COMMITMENT.

Ideal Candidate: Motivated, Hungry, Loves Money, Understands the HUSTLE, Can See the Bigger Picture, Patient... able to handle the pressure of a high energy, team-oriented sales environment with a small quota, detail oriented, punctual, able to multitask and thrive doing so, collaborative, deep desire to be in the ''industry'' dreams of being an agent a PLUS PLUS. Must be able to handle a day-to-day calendar. Experience with Google Workspace a plus.
