Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who enjoys a variety of tasks and responsibilities and is eager to learn new skills. Team members will learn all aspects of the services we provide in order to assist our clients. The right candidate will contribute creatively and share their perspective for improving customer service and user interface. All team members are currently working remotely until it is safe to return to the office.
Your responsibilities
Email, phone, and chat support
Write copy and copy edit
Correspond with Casting Directors and Filmmakers regarding their projects
Provide support to Actors, and Talent Representatives
Provide technical support and instruction on how to navigate our site and services (one-on-one and to larger groups)
Outreach and seminars: represent the company at educational seminars and events
Creative input on marketing
Various tasks and responsibilities related to our services
Replicate and report bugs to the development team
Stay up-to-date on new product features, and service and site improvements
Work with our other offices to provide a cohesive customer support experience
Ideally you
Are dynamic, creative, enthusiastic and driven.
Are tech savvy and have broad experience with both Windows and MAC OS and web browsers.
Have experience with office suites (Word, Google Docs, Slack, Chatlio, Freshdesk etc.)
Have excellent people skills and are comfortable with public speaking (in groups and one-on-one) and speaking in front of an audience.
Have exceptional grammar, reading, writing and communication skills.
Are detail oriented and take great pride in attention to detail.
Enjoy learning new skills.
Are passionate about the film industry.
Have experience in the film and television industry (casting, filmmaker, writer.)
Possess the ability to think critically and find solutions to unique challenges while maintaining a professional demeanor with customers and coworkers.
Are adaptable and are not intimidated by an ever changing landscape.
Have great problem solving and detective skills and are able to troubleshoot and work. through challenges to find a solution.
Can work calmly, precisely and efficiently during high stress/busy times.
Can work as easily independently as you can with a team.
Are reliable, responsible, conscientious and trustworthy.
Are self-motivated.
Can work quickly and carefully.
Industry knowledge and experience (Casting, Talent Representative, Filmmaker etc.) and a technical background (graphic design, Adobe Creative Cloud, IT, photo/video editing etc.) are a big plus.
Job Specs
Location: This position is located in either CALIFORNIA, NEW YORK. Local candidates preferred. We are currently working remotely until it is safe to return to an office environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00 per hour
