Who we are:
Breakdown Services/Actors Access is the leading provider of Casting information in North America. As such we provide cutting edge software centered around the casting process including Auditions. Our clients are Actors, Casting Directors, Talent Representatives and Filmmakers.
This position is REMOTE, but due to the nature of the position and industry, candidates must still live in or be willing to relocate to the Los Angeles area.
What we are looking for:
We are seeking an individual with 3 to 5 years experience working as a theatrical Talent Agent or high level Assistant. A background in other aspects of the Entertainment Industry would be helpful such as casting or film production. Any past experience with programming, an agile development process, development roadmapping, or software ticket writing is a bonus.
What you will do:
You will be trained as a Product Owner at Breakdown Services. As a Product Owner you will be responsible for guiding the development of our Website for Talent Representatives. You will be required to contact Talent Agents and Managers to gain insight regarding their workflows, competitive products they may use, and features they would like to see developed on our website. You will assist in the design, development and marketing of features developed for Talent Agents and Managers. You will provide support and information to the Product Managers of problems connected with the website.
You will work closely with all Senior staff including other Product Owners and Product Managers

Salary and Benefits
Range: $55,000 to $65,000 per year plus medical and dental coverage plus more.
