Company Description
Bramante Artists is a full service boutique talent agency representing actors in Film, TV, Theater, Commercials, Print, and Voice-over in the New York area. At BA, we strongly believe in representation, diversity, and inclusion on the stage and off. Much like a family, we believe in our roster as much as they believe in us.
Role Description
This is a hybrid fall part-time unpaid internship position at Bramante Artists Agency located in Midtown Manhattan. Responsibilities include social media management, assisting head agents in day to day operations of the agency, communicating with our talent, sending out appointments out to clients, and attending showcases. This is an ideal position for someone interested in casting or talent representation. Ideally, looking for 2-3 days per week and a combination of working in the office and remotely.
Responsibilities:
-Shadow agency assistants and lead agents
-Assist as needed with day-to-day business
-Conduct data entry and administrative tasks
-Contribute to social media, website, and marketing initiatives
-Run errands
-Assist with selecting new talent candidates
-Assist with project submissions, talent auditions, talent meetings, and job bookings
-Scouting new talent by attending shows and showcases as needed with agent assistants
-Manage calendars for talent and lead agents
Qualifications:
-ORGANIZED, DETAIL-ORIENTED, AND ABLE TO MULTITASK!
-A strong communicator, both written, and verbal
-A strong passion for the arts and the entertainment industry
-Tech savvy and experienced with photo/video/audio editing
-Computer savvy and proficient in the following software/media: Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), G-Suite (drive, forms, Gmail, etc.), Canva, Squarespace
-Familiarity with Zoom and Slack
-An ambassador for diversity and inclusion
-Bachelor's degree (completed or currently in progress)
-Ability to provide your own laptop and cellphone is a plus!
Who you are: Someone who LOVES to be busy! Energetic and social, but cool under pressure. Someone who enjoys taking initiative and is a natural organizer. You must love the entertainment industry and have a passion for working with talent/creatives. Please include a cover letter.
