ROLE
We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and driven Manager, Artist Development to support and help build the careers of our artists from the inside out. This hybrid role blends project management with day-to-day artist management, offering a unique opportunity to play a key support role across many aspects of an artist's career. You will be trusted to work directly with artists and external partners such as labels, agents, publicists, creatives, and beyond - helping guide everything from high-level campaign execution to the small-but-crucial details that keep a career running smoothly.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Serve as the main point of contact between the artist and external teams (label, agent, publicist, etc.)
· Manage timelines and deliverables for releases, content, marketing, and touring.
· Advance shows and appearances, coordinating with venues, promoters, and production.
· Book travel, accommodations, and build itineraries for artist and team.
· Travel with the artist as needed and act as on-site point of contact.
· Coordinate meetings, scheduling, and communication across the team.
· Track budgets and expenses, process invoices, and ensure accurate documentation.
· Maintain and update artist social media and DSP profiles.
· Field and organize incoming requests, opportunities, and approvals.
· Help oversee execution of content and project rollouts.
· Anticipate needs and solve problems with professionalism and discretion.
QUALIFICATIONS
· 1-3 years of experience in artist management, project management, or a related role.
· Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate both creative and logistical conversations.
· Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational instincts and follow-through.
· Comfortable managing many moving parts and prioritizing effectively under pressure.
· Humble, hungry, and driven to grow in both responsibility and impact.
· A proactive mindset with a natural sense of ownership and accountability.
· Strong creative instincts and excellent taste in both music and visuals, with an eye for what resonates artistically and culturally.
· Experience with ideating and shooting content for artists is a plus.
