JOB TITLE: Client Services Assistant, Seasonal
DEPARTMENT: Client Services
REPORTS TO: Director, Client Services
POSITION OVERVIEW:
This seasonal role (35 hours a week, runs until the end of the season) provides support to the Client Services department across the various premium levels at Fenway Park. This position will be heavily ticketing and CRM data management based but prospective applicants must be comfortable dealing with clients, both on the phone and in person.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Process and fulfill ticket requests using ProVenue
• Coordinate amenity and benefit requests through our CRM platform
• Create invoices and contracts, collect and track payment for new and existing premium members
• Provide hospitality and support to all club areas when needed
• Assist in coordinating special events including but not limited to: Season Ticket Holder Batting Practice, Premium Member Cocktail Party, and Breakfast with Wally.
• Handle VIP pregame tours
• Work with Red Sox Foundation on all premium seat donations
• Office duties including but not limited to: organize and schedule meetings and appointments, monitor inventory within the office
CHARACTERISITICS / QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree required with 1-3 years of experience or internships in sports management, customer service, hospitality and/or sales
• Basic understanding of ProVenue or other ticket based systems, CRM, Constant Contact and Microsoft Office a plus
• Must have flexibility to work late nights or on weekends even if majority of the work will be Monday-Friday during normal business hours
• Strong level of passion and commitment to providing a high standard of customer service.
• Self-motivator who can adapt/respond to different types of requests on-the-go
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to lead and converse with groups
• Excellent written, verbal and telephone communication skills
