About the Position --
As an independent label we as a team have to move music around the differently since we don't have much control of the market as major labels. Which now we have to be creative and innovative to do our best to come up with formulas to increasing our artists exposure and engagement. Of course this requires both creativity to identify solutions for artists in the markets as well as multiple different strategies and processes to execute campaigns for each artist.
This position is open from anyone in Public Relations to any one even interested in just marketing in general. For the publicist's position mainly you will be working on writing press releases and distributing them out to media outlets and industry connects such as DJs and Radio Hosts.
You will be working with us on the numbers and business portion, finding innovative and effective ways to expand our brand and artist.
Research blogs, newspapers, and radio stations
Create and maintain databases of press and social media
Communicate internally with members of the team on running campaigns for releases
As a Campaign Marketing Management Intern What you'll do:
Assist in tracking of releases and growth of releases.
Coordinate with label team and Artist and to assure timely execution of campaigns and releases.
Work one on one with management to put together final campaigns while a chance to manage end-to-end processes of work from ideas, production, to executing the creative work and then finally going into release.
Since this position is online based and the work will be done through email and phone calls there is no need for you to be located just in Nashville. So do not let the location stop you!
