Bonafide and Emerging Artists is now hiring end of summer and fall interns!

This is a part-time, unpaid position starting August 25th, requiring 2-3 days/week in person in Chelsea, NY.

Who you are: You are pursuing a career in talent representation. You are energetic and social while remaining laid back and cool under pressure. You enjoy taking the initiative and doing whatever is needed to get the work done quickly and accurately. You are a natural organizer who is most content being very busy and productive, and finding creative solutions to any problem. You love the entertainment industry, and working with talent and creatives.

Qualifications:
• availability on M/W/F
-ORGANIZED, DETAIL-ORIENTED AND ABLE TO MULTITASK.
• STRONG EYE FOR SOCIAL MEDIA DESIGN
-A strong communicator, both written and verbal. Great grammar and a professional and friendly phone manner.
-Tech savvy and experienced with photo/video/audio editing
-Computer savvy and proficient in the following software/media: Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) Google (drive, forms, Gmail), Canva, Casting Networks, Actors Access, Squarespace, Adobe
-Familiarity with Zoom and Slack
-An ambassador for diversity and inclusion
-Bachelor's degree (completed or currently in progress)
-Ability to provide your own laptop and cellphone a plus

Responsibilities:
-Shadow agency assistants and lead agents
• Create and post on agency Instagram and TikTok
-Assist as needed with day-to-day business
-Conduct data entry and administrative tasks
-Contribute to social media, website and marketing initiatives
-Run errands
-Assist with selecting new talent candidates
-Schedule and assist with talent meetings
-Assist with project submissions, talent auditions, and job bookings
-Manage calendars for talent and lead agents
