Boutique talent agency located in midtown Manhattan is seeking a part-time, unpaid marketing intern for the summer. This position requires at least 2-3 days/week starting ASAP. *Please note that we are currently working remotely and will be extremely mindful of making any changes in regards to the current COVID-19 situation in the upcoming weeks ahead.

We are a full-service agency representing professional actors and talent for TV/film, commercials, theater, hosting, print and voiceovers. We take pride in finding the best and working closely with them to achieve success through a hands on, collaborative, innovative and strategic approach. Who you are…
The right candidate wants to eventually pursue a career in talent management and/or marketing. You are outgoing, energetic and love working with people while remaining laid back and cool under pressure. You're a hard worker who won't stop until the work is done and done right. You enjoy taking the initiative and doing whatever is needed, without having to be told. You are a natural organizer who thrives on creating order from chaos, and are most content when you're extremely busy and able to get a lot accomplished. You get things done quickly, and even more importantly, accurately. You never say ''that's not my job'' or ''I don't know'', and are willing to do whatever is needed to advance your team and find the right answer to any question or problem.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree (completed or currently in progress)
-Organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask. REPEAT…ORGANIZED, DETAIL-ORIENTED AND ABLE TO MULTITASK.
-Proficient in the following media platforms: Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, GoDaddy, Snapchat, TikTok
-Experience with photo editing (and video editing would be a plus)
-Familiarity with ZOOM and Skype
-A strong communicator, both written and verbal. Great grammar and a professional and friendly phone manner.
-Ability to provide your own laptop, a plus, but not required
Responsibilities:
-Develop regular email marketing campaigns that highlight agency news and updates
-Maintain contact lists for email marketing campaigns
-Create daily posts for social media to inform, entertain and promote the overall culture, look and voice of our agency
-Increase followers, reach and engagement with social media
-Maintain agency website with current work
-Continuously brainstorm and pitch new ideas to improve our marketing techniques and strategies
-Assist with defining and promoting our agency's brand
-Assist with developing a new podcast and/or YouTube series for the agency
-Other administrative duties as needed
