Spring Intern - Development

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Internship Start Date/Season: Spring 2026, January 12th earliest start date, flexible to your semester schedule
Internship Duration: School term, 2-3 months.
Time/Days Required: 2-3 days a week, 10am - 4pm, Hybrid, In-person preferred Mon-Thurs, Fridays always remote.
Workplace Requirements: Personal laptop helpful, only 1 intern desktop computer available in-office

INTERN RESPONSIBILITIES / OPPORTUNITIES:
•This is a coverage heavy internship. Interns are expected to review 2-3 scripts/materials per week.
•Support the team with any ad-hoc administrative needs.
•Opportunity to engage in weekly pitch practice sessions, where Interns are taught how to market stories, scripts, and themselves.
•Opportunity to schedule 1 on 1's with our CEO, VP of Creative Development, and VP of Production/Distribution to learn all things development, film, and finance.
•At the end of the program, each Intern is given the opportunity to practice pitching an original idea of their own to our VP of Creative Development.

•Eagerness to learn all aspects of film production and development.
•Quick to adapt, a team player, and able to follow instructions with ease.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Mac OS; familiarity with basic office equipment is a plus.
