POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for supporting recruiting and administrative needs within the department.
FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
• Provide administrative support for human resources daily operations and special projects and/or initiatives.
• As assigned, support recruiting needs for posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews and/or tracking recruiting activity.
• Audit recruiting data bases in order to allow accurate reporting.
• Create onboarding materials and assist with onboarding meetings as needed.
• Support department administrative needs for filing and updating records in HR database.
• Support special events as needed.
• Organize and prepare training materials and/or rooms as needed prior to training events.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
• Regular Attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.

POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in related field degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum one (1) year of administrative experience; HR experience preferred.
Skills
and Abilities: which may be representative but not all inclusive of those commonly associated with this position.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
