Blumhouse is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the President and CFO of Blumhouse. This role will provide general administrative support to two senior executives, including but not limited to managing the executives' calendars, travel, rolling calls, taking meeting notes, setting up for meetings, and other administrative duties. To be successful in this role you should have previous administrative experience supporting an executive, be extremely fast at solving problems, have a professional demeanor, and be able to multi-task. This will be a great opportunity to get exposure to the business and inner workings of Blumhouse.
**Must be willing to work in office 3x a week.
Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support that include, managing an executive's daily schedules, setting up meetings, responding to timely requests, and taking meeting notes, when appropriate
Act as a liaison and first point of contact with internal and external customers, vendors, and team members in a professional and timely manner
Fielding incoming and outgoing calls while maintaining updated phone sheets and contact lists
Filing and organizing paper and electronic documents, such as emails, reports, and other administrative records
Effectively manage two high volume and fast-paced desks
Other general administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience supporting business executives at a studio, production company, management company, agency, or similar company in the media and entertainment industry
Must be extremely organized, detail oriented, proactive, responsible, resourceful, team player and possess strong communication skills
Must be proficient with Outlook and Gmail
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
Ability to manage sensitive materials and support confidential deal discussions with outside parties
Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities and deadlines
