This position reports directly to the Resident General Manager, serves on the local management team and is responsible for a variety of responsibilities in the areas of human resources, finance, and general administration.
Responsibilities include oversite of the day to day local finances of the company; bi-weekly payroll processing for 100+ employees, partnership in the budgeting, year-end, and financial reporting processes. Additionally, the Company Manager is the local HR point of contact for the show and oversees the day to day of benefit systems, orientation systems, hiring, development, conflict resolution, and morale.
This position requires a high level of organization and attention to detail. Candidates must be outgoing, motivated self-starters possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to multi-task within a busy work environment. A working knowledge of general accounting/bookkeeping, payroll, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook programs is required. Experience with Ceridian a plus. Bachelor's degree and professional theatrical background preferred.
This is a full-time salaried position that is primarily Sunday-Thursday and requires varying hours including nights, weekends & Holidays. Competitive Benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Personal Time Off, Transit Program, Life Insurance, and 401K.
