SUMMARY
Blue Fox Entertainment, a global film sales and distribution company located in Century City, CA is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their growing team. The Assistant will play a key role by supporting executives with day-to-day administrative duties in addition to assisting the International Sales team and Marketing with market preparation, social media, and film campaigns including premiere events and press junkets. Primary responsibilities include supporting the team with answering phones, managing agendas, office supplies and day-to-day office management tasks; international sales responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of major international sales markets (EFM in Berlin, CANNES, TIFF and AFM) including ordering furniture, scheduling shipments, booking screenings; marketing responsibilities include assisting with corporate social media and film campaign development. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, very strong organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced, start-up like environment.
RESPONSIBILTIES
Support key executives and team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Support International Sales in the preparation for international sales markets
Support Marketing in the development of key art, trailers, promotions and strategies
Schedule internal and external meetings, manage complex calendars, coordinate travel and answer phones
Maintain corporate social media postings, corporate website, corporate mailings
Maintain and distribute internal meeting agendas, release schedule & meeting documents
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree
1-2 years of experience in the entertainment industry (international sales, marketing, studio or agency experience preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and Photoshop
Foreign language skills and International experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests at once
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
