We are a successful entertainment marketing firm seeking a dedicated professional who is passionate about a career as an Executive Assistant / Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who excels in providing high-level support and is looking to grow within the position long-term, rather than as a transitional role.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing a dynamic calendar (both personal and professional) and coordinating meetings
Managing a Trello Board to track project deadlines and team schedules
Arranging complex travel itineraries (international and domestic)
Some personal scheduling and errands
Overseeing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Additional responsibilities include:
Coordinating with account teams to collect finished assets for our newsletter, social media, website, and portfolio archive
Posting new work to social media channels
Writing articles for our internal company newsletter
Managing additional short-term and long-term projects as needed
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong writing and organizational skills
Proficiency in Mac, MS Office, Trello, Google Suite, and Internet research
The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for occasional errands
Salary/Benefits
$19.00 - 30.00 per hour
