BLT Communications, LLC is a leading entertainment creative advertising agency and is currently looking to hire an Administrative Assistant for their Digital Accounts group. Candidates must be proactive, team-oriented and eager-to-learn. This individual should be eager to learn from an experienced team and ready to share what makes them exceptional.
Overall Expectations:
The Administrative Assistant, Digital Accounts reports to the VP, Digital Accounts/Creative Services and supports the Digital Accounts team. This includes Director, Account Managers and Traffic Coordinators. An enthusiastic, reliable, ''can-do'' attitude is essential for daily tasks as well as new assignments. We're looking for someone who listens, asks thoughtful questions and isn't afraid of new and challenging tasks. The Administrative Assistant has a desire to learn about the business, with the intention of eventually moving into Traffic Coordinator and Account Manager positions.
Job Duties Include:
- Project review link creation/testing for VP and team
- Gather/organize assets for digital and social projects
- Gather/disseminate final creative files for archival, presentations, reels, social platforms
- Oversee creation of 360 and digital/social capabilities presentations for clients
- Award entry coordination/management
- Transcribe notes from client calls/meetings
- Generate meeting materials as requested by team
- Tech/Archival point of contact re: Digital Accounts needs
- Meeting coordination - set up calendar invites, video/dial-ins, conference room booking/setup (when on site)
- Additional QA/delivery support for Trafficking team as needed
- Cover for Production Manager responsibilities when needed
Requirements:
- Min. 1-year experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. Entertainment/agency experience a plus
- Team player with good problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Punctual, reliable, and determined
- Sharp attention to detail
- Well-versed in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Google Docs/Slides
- Multilingual a plus
