Dance and Commercial Assistant

Bloc Talent Agency, a boutique, bicoastal talent agency, is seeking a full-time assistant for the Dance and Commercial Department in our New York City office. Offering above standard industry pay, medical benefits, 401K. 

Qualifications: 
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, FileMaker, and Google Docs
Familiarity with Casting Networks and Breakdowns
Strong communication skills
Answering and directing a high volume of emails and phone calls 
People-oriented reliable and organized within a fast-paced, busy office environment 
An interest or background in dance is preferred but not required.

Applicants must be highly motivated, Mac literate

Office Hours: 
Monday thru Friday- Industry hours 

Salary: $800 per week, medical benefits, 401K
