This is a unique opportunity to become an integral part of a dynamic and prolific indie studio, reporting directly to the Human Resources and Operations Specialist and operating in both north and south of the 49th parallel.
Role Description
Blink49 Studios is seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Los Angeles office. This role combines front desk responsibilities with office services duties, creating a well-organized and efficient workplace for our teams. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional service to both visitors and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests, clients, and talent in a professional manner
• Manage reception phone line, direct calls, and take messages
• Coordinate and prepare meeting rooms for internal and external meetings
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
• Oversee kitchen area cleanliness and stock refreshments
• Coordinate deliveries, mail distribution, and shipping services
• Assist with office events and catering arrangements
• Provide backup administrative support when needed
• Troubleshoot basic office equipment issues
• Assist with special projects as assigned
Qualifications
• 1-2 years of experience in a reception or office support role
• Professional demeanor with strong customer service orientation
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the entertainment industry a plus
