This is a unique opportunity to become an integral part of a dynamic and prolific indie studio, reporting directly to the President of Brand Studios and operating in both north and south of the 49th parallel.
Role Description
This is a full-time position in a remote-to-start environment located in New York City, NY. The Brand Coordinator will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Brand Studios team while developing the skills to grow into an Account Manager/Account Executive role. This position offers a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to learn the brand partnerships business from the ground up while contributing to the success of a growing studio.
Responsibilities
Administrative & Support
• Provide executive assistance to the President of Brand Studios, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, distribute materials, and take comprehensive notes.
• Manage expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking documents.
• Assist with presentation creation and formatting for client meetings and pitches.
• Organize and maintain digital filing systems for brand partnership assets and documentation.
Brand Partnership Support
• Assist in the execution of marketing programs after sell-in, ensuring all deliverables and deadlines are met.
• Support the preparation of partnership proposals, pitch decks, one-sheets, and wrap decks.
• Create internal briefs for campaigns outlining marketing strategy, creative asks, deliverables, and resources.
• Assist with program execution, including managing internal notes/revisions, routing creative approvals, tracking production schedules, and other logistical elements.
Strategic & Creative Support
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and assist with RFP responses.
• Help conceptualize creative ideas that align with advertisers' objectives.
• Assist in research and identification of potential brand partners.
• Help prepare sales materials to pitch new opportunities.
Career Development Path
• Progressively take on greater responsibility in client communication and account management.
• Develop understanding of partnership economics and deal structures.
• Build industry knowledge and relationships to prepare for an Account Manager role.
Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in media, entertainment, or advertising.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Enthusiasm for the entertainment industry and branded content.
Preferred
• Experience in a creative agency, media company, or entertainment studio.
• Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Previous experience supporting executive-level professionals.
• Knowledge of the advertising ecosystem and brand partnership landscape.
