Accountant

This is a Part Time Job

Bleiberg Entertainment, a boutique production and international sales company based in Beverly Hills, is looking for a driven and detail oriented part-time accountant that would also handle some accounting-related administrative tasks. We are seeking candidates who are fast, focused, hard working, team players, tech-savvy and have a solid amount of experience.

Duties will include handling all the aspects of accounting, including but not limited to: handling quickbooks, liaising with the banks, vendors, producers and CPAs we work with, issuing sales reports, initiating invoices to distributors and following up with them to ensure payment has been collected, and running a database of our inventory of film rights.

This is a part time, in-person position, with flexible hours and days.

Job Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks.

Prior experience in the film industry is a plus, but not required.
