Delivery and Creative Services Coordinator - Bleecker Street (NYC):

Bleecker Street is looking for a Delivery and Creative Services Coordinator to join the Post-Production and Delivery department. The position will act as a bridge between the Delivery and marketing departments and will assist on all creative servicing for 8-10 films a year. Excellent attention to detail and previous experience with creative materials finishing and/or post-production within a distribution company are highly preferred.

Responsibilities will include:
Tracking delivery of final trailer/tv spot marketing assets, organizing and encoding as needed, facilitating assets to marketing and advertising teams, as well as international partners
Assisting in the marketing finishing process for trailers, TV spots, and posters
Finalizing music licenses for marketing materials
Coordinate directly with MPA and guilds to submit marketing assets for approval, ensuring complicate with all requirements
Handling clip requests and shot pulls for publicity and marketing needs
Overseeing screener system by managing files and troubleshooting
Managing intake of EPK and photography assets for all films
Following invoices and POs from vendors
