DESCRIPTION:
Bleecker Street is looking for a Home Entertainment Coordinator responsible for Delivery & Marketing. This role will work closely with the EVP & VP of Home Entertainment and serve as a key liaison between our internal teams, digital platforms, and marketing partners. This role is responsible for ensuring that our films are properly delivered to digital platforms (Apple, Amazon, Fandango, etc.) while also coordinating marketing campaigns to maximize visibility in the TVOD/AVOD/SVOD, hotels, libraries, and all ancillary licensing spaces.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate departmental meetings
• Gather materials for all presentations and create Google Docs/PowerPoint decks for internal and external meetings
• Update the home entertainment release calendar
• Manage the delivery schedule of films to digital platforms, ensuring all assets (video, audio, artwork, metadata, trailers, captions, etc.) are delivered on time and to spec
• Coordinate with third-party labs, aggregators, and post-production vendors
• Track and submit artwork, metadata, and marketing copy for storefront optimization
• Create and maintain internal trackers for deliverables, deadlines, and campaign results
• Assist in analyzing performance data and preparing post-campaign reports
Qualifications:
1-3+ years of experience in film distribution (independent film or TVOD experience strongly preferred)
Strong organizational and project management skills with a sharp eye for detail
Knowledge of digital delivery specs and processes preferred
Familiarity with TVOD platforms
Proficient in Excel and Google Workspace
